The Windsor Yacht Club, a Premier Private Club, is looking for a skilled mature well-spoken individual to work full-time and be responsible for 157 slip marinas. The successful candidate will require good member focused communication skills working in a private club atmosphere

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for all maintenance (contracts, records, inspections, upkeep & repair) and capital improvements for all facilities, harbours and equipment of the Windsor Yacht Club.
· Responsible for the harbour operations, including hiring, training and supervision of Dock Staff
· Works closely with the House Chair and Yard and Docks Chair and their respective Flag officers

6. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Carry out any additional tasks necessary to support the effective operation, safety, and maintenance of the Windsor Yacht Club facilities, harbour, and grounds, as well as responding to unexpected needs or emergencies to ensure the smooth functioning of club activities.
