My Client, a leading Facilities Management provider are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager (Hard Services) for a a number of client sites in the midlands
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Hard Services Facilities Manager, you will hold a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the effective management and delivery of hard services to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals. Acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and operational teams, you will ensure that all services are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires a strategic and results-driven leader with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to fostering continuous improvement. With a focus on operational efficiency and technical excellence, the Hard Services Facilities Manager will lead a skilled team, optimizing resources and workflows to consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
With a strong focus on operational excellence, this position plays a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing overall service efficiency. While offering a competitive salary of up to €70,000 per year and a structured Monday to Friday work schedule (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM).
This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.
