Focus on utility mechanical, HVAC oriented facility engineering. Responsible for technical development, technical support and facility engineering project support or management, with on-or-beyond target delivery results in front end engineering, funding solution, design, schedule, cost, quality, construction and as-built documentation management etc. Responsibility Learn and apply facility engineering related code, FM code and China local design code, participate to work out and maintain facility engineering related standards, participate building facility delivery standardization; Provide multiple facility engineering related technical supports to various partners, including design, consulting, installation and acceptance, system testing and commissioning, and troubleshooting; Participate or lead to develop facility engineering related engineering technical chapters; Provide good technical & project as-built documentation; Be responsible for daily facility operations and maintenance, including lab, office and utility plant; Support the facility operation & maintenance team, suppliers and contractors; Improve facility system reliability and efficiency; Resolve facility related EHS issues; Support company office administrations and general services; Key achievement Assume responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance; Develop Participate or lead engineering related engineering technical practices; Provide and apply best in class engineering techniques to ensure maximum uptime; Provide technical support to asset replacement projects; Support the facility operation & maintenance team, suppliers and contractors; Improve the system reliability and efficiency; Resolve facility related technical issues; Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications Desired experience and technical skills Required Minimum 5 years of facility management experience focus on facility and utility, such as HVAC, Pump, air compressor etc., data center service experience, engineering related PM background in manufacturing or R&D center is preferred. Emergency response experience in mechanical system is a must; Capable of reviewing utility system PID & design and being good at AutoCAD and MS Office, etc., cost/schedule management ability & BMS/control awareness experiences are preferred. Effective communication, coordination, and self-learning skills as well as potentiality and flexibility in personal development; Good command of written English; Be honest, impartial, loyal, high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
