JLL is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our Engineering and Operations Management (EOS) team in Western Australia. About the role As the Facilities Manager, you'll be the site representative for several key WA assets, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager. You'll be responsible for managing building operations, maintenance, and tenant relations to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire, and security Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations Implement tenant retention strategies and maintain excellent tenant relations Monitor and manage property data (Energy, Water, and Waste) Develop and maintain standard documentation procedures Procure and tender contractors for PPM contracts and various projects Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed Sound like you?
