Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for 81WG on all facilities-related matters, including scheduling requirements and coordination with Estate Maintenance & Operational Services (EMOS), Estate & Investment Group (E&IG) , and Air Force stakeholders
  • Engage with Air Force stakeholders to develop and submit Estate Investment Requests and oversee their completion through liaison with E&IG
  • Manage the completion of F-35 ICT work request forms, ensuring appropriate engagement with required F-35 stakeholders
  • Monitor GEMS for ongoing issues and trends in work requests, ensuring timely resolution
  • Coordinate and lead weekly EMOS meetings focused on reactive maintenance
  • Coordinate weekly EMOS and Lendlease meetings focused on planned maintenance
  • Liaise with Precinct stakeholders to coordinate preventative, scheduled, and reactive maintenance tasks, including escorting, flightline access, and general precinct access, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Submit and manage minor workplace adjustments and job requests related to shared (81WG) facilities or issues impacting all squadrons
  • Serve as the main point of contact for contractors to enable the completion of scheduled works
  • Oversee project timelines and execution, ensuring adherence to approved procedures, schedules, and work plans
  • Monitor project progress through all phases, proactively identifying and resolving issues while maintaining open communication with stakeholders
  • Manage escorting requirements, ensuring prompt and efficient support. When unavailable, arrange alternative escorting solutions to meet operational needs
  • Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement in facility management processes, systems, and infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements by regularly assessing and addressing facility-related risks or issues
