We build autonomous brick-laying robots. Our mission is to make construction primarily software-defined and work towards a future where beautiful, bespoke buildings are built within a single day with minimal labor.
To keep our 2,000 m² office, test spaces, and workshop humming—and our robots ready for action—we’re hiring a Facilities Manager.
We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to take ownership of the daily functioning and long-term upkeep of our office and workshop spaces. You’ll play a key role in keeping Monumental and our very unique office running smoothly and will be responsible for making sure everything — and everyone — has what they need to do great work.
We’re a ~50 person team, and are growing fast. This is a physically active and varied role, ideal for someone with a few years of experience in facilities, logistics, or operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is both hands-on but wants real responsibility. You’ll report to our Operations Lead and collaborate with multiple teams — from deployment and robotics to people ops and office management.
