This is a contract role, which could potentially transition into a permanent role.

Working closely with an exceptional onsite team, you will oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the asset, ensuring a safe, compliant and well-presented environment for tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of planned and reactive maintenance
• Coordination of contractors and service providers
• Monitoring statutory compliance, WHS and risk management activities
• Overseeing building services including HVAC, electrical, fire and essential services
• Supporting tenant maintenance requests and stakeholder engagement
• Assisting with operational reporting and budget tracking

About You

• Previous facilities management experience within retail, commercial or mixed-use assets
• Strong understanding of building operations and contractor management
• Knowledge of compliance, WHS and essential services requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Available to commence immediately
