Assisting in managing operations across a portfolio of 12 assets in NSW, you will also be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory compliance authorities and good engineering practices for maintaining property structures, facades, fittings, finishes and services.
• Regularly inspecting assets and infrastructure and conducting efficient management of all property services
• Be actively involved in due diligence programmes, sustainability initiatives and asset management replacement programmes
• Coordinating tendering and contract documentation, plus consulting with specialist consultants.
• Building an excellent rapport with tenants, including managing any tenant refurbishments and solving queries promptly.
• Preparing annual property operations and capital works budgets and monitoring and updating budgets quarterly.
• Full-lifecycle project management for any asset and building upgrades, replacements, refurbishments,
