Qualifications * Trade certification (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Millwright, or equivalent) or diploma in a related field. * Completion of or enrollment in a recognized Waste Water Treatment certification program would be considered an asset. * 5–8 years of facilities, building, maintenance, or janitorial operations experience. * 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in a unionized environment is preferred. * Experience in a ski resort, mountain resort, or outdoor hospitality setting. * Strong working knowledge of building systems and infrastructure. Skills & Requirements * Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, and Google Docs, Sheets and other computer programs. * Strong operational leadership and decision-making under pressure. * High mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability. * Excellent communication skills and cross-department collaboration. * Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience. * Budget and contractor management experience. * Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs. * Intermediate to advanced ski/snowboard ability.
