As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for developing service delivery plans, managing asset reviews and providing due diligence reports. Other duties include;

• Working closely with key stakeholders to build and manage relationships
• Hold regular meetings
• Prepare and present regular reports
• Provide expert advice

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 + years experience in facilities management and asset planning
• Experience working with PPP contracts and developing life cycle costing reports
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
