Description:
As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for developing service delivery plans, managing asset reviews and providing due diligence reports. Other duties include;
- Working closely with key stakeholders to build and manage relationships
- Hold regular meetings
- Prepare and present regular reports
- Provide expert advice
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 + years experience in facilities management and asset planning
- Experience working with PPP contracts and developing life cycle costing reports
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
