Our client is seeking an accomplished Facility Manager to lead a well-established, clinically strong residential aged care home. Have the autonomy to drive performance while receiving ongoing support from experienced operational leaders.

This role would suit a current Facility Manager or an experienced aged care leader ready to manage an aged care site and committed to building long-term success.

About the Role

As the Facility Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business including clinical governance, workforce management, financial performance, occupancy, quality, compliance and resident experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a positive, high-performing workplace culture
• Ensure exceptional, person-centred care is delivered across the home
• Drive occupancy, financial performance and operational efficiency
• Manage budgets, workforce planning, care minutes and agency usage
• Lead recruitment, coaching, succession planning and performance management
• Maintain compliance with accreditation standards, SIRS reporting and legislative requirements

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Facility Manager within Residential Aged Care
• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Strong leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance
