Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Rendall & Rittner, an acclaimed Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is on the lookout for a Facilities Manager. This is an incredible career opportunity with a fantastic package.
Position: Facilities Manager
Location: Peartree Way, London, SE10 OXS
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Manager at Rendall & Rittner:

  • You will have a strong facilities management background ideally having worked in the residential sector with a good understanding of legislation and H&S.
  • You have high level contractor management experience, managing a range of different contractors and specialist throughout the process and ensuring quality, value and deliverance.
  • You’ll ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and ensure statutory compliance.
  • You have a proven track record managing energy centres / plant facilities with a core focus on hard services and contracts management.
  • You will be computer literate with experience working on BMS systems and general software’s such as Microsoft packages etc.
  • You will have demonstratable experience in supporting with onsite project management, this includes supervising contractors, reviewing RAMS, risk assessments, method statements etc.
  • You have experience in coordinating any onsite reactive maintenance issues or emergencies, being organised, finding the best solutions with regards to quality, cost, overall performance.
  • You have experience managing PPM’s and any actioning any remedials as required.
  • You’ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
  • You’ll have managed customers, assisting with queries and responding to any complaints.Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
