We are currently searching for a Facilities Manager/Security Officer who will primarily work out of our Operations Center in Columbus Grove, OH and be willing to travel to our branches in Northwest and Central Ohio! The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining all of the Bank property and designated equipment. This includes coordinating facility projects for the Bank. The Security Officer is responsible for the physical security of the Bank. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Facilities Manager/Security Officer exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment in maintaining the function, appearance, and security of Bank property, including the following duties and responsibilities: Building and Maintenance Develop a plan and ensure maintenance (repair/replacement) on all the Bank’s buildings, furniture, fixtures and equipment is completed timely Inspects building and grounds for any possible repairs or problems Ensures that the Bank’s premises are clean Maintains knowledge of applicable building and regulation codes Maintains all storage, mechanical and electrical areas Responds to maintenance emergencies Project Planning Develops long-term facility plans for renovations and refreshes of all the Bank’s buildings, furniture, fixtures and equipment Oversees any facility projects and works with vendors to complete tasks Coordinates projects with managers to ensure the best environment for employees and clients. Develops short and long-term goals for the general maintenance/replacement of the Bank’s buildings, furniture and fixtures Recommends and participates in renovation, remodeling and construction planning for the Bank Other duties as assigned Report annually to the Board of Directors the current state of the security program. Work with team members in the event of a robbery Complete monthly security checks Manage the security program for the bank Assists with resolution of problems and issues Assists with corporate projects to meet the goals of the bank Keeps abreast of changes in policies and procedures, and attend training as needed Qualifications Four-year degree preferred Five to seven years’ experience working in similar functions in a bank environment preferred Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment, including computer skills, communications skills, as well as utilization of office equipment Must be able to work under stress and handle difficult situations **It is encouraged that all applicants attach a resume when applying.
