Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre Band 4 Full time, permanent. Working Monday – Sunday across various shift patterns. Ready to make an impact? As a Facilities Manager in our Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre team, you’ll take a leading role in keeping one of the UK’s most iconic sporting and heritage venues running smoothly. You’ll make sure our facilities are safe, welcoming, and high-quality – supporting both elite athletes and our local community to thrive. You’ll be entrusted to: Provide day-to-day leadership to our operations team, acting as second in command and supporting the Contract Manager. Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring service excellence across all areas, including accommodation. Oversee site standards, keeping facilities clean, safe, and professionally presented, while regularly acting as Manager on Duty. Work closely with departmental leads to maintain operational readiness and foster a proactive, collaborative culture. Support and lead the Front of House team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Monitor and report on key accommodation performance indicators such as revenue, costs, guest satisfaction, and service standards. Does this sound like you? Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills. ICT proficiency, including MS Office and report writing. A valid First Aid at Work certificate (or willingness to achieve one on appointment).
