Job Req ID: 26638 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee facility personnel management and department budget control Supervise equipment maintenance and utility cost analysis Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, security, space planning, and move coordination Lead and participate in office/factory construction and relocation projects Coordinate with external vendors and service providers Maintain equipment warranty records and ensure proper documentation Ensure fire safety compliance and schedule drills per local codes Serve as primary contact for emergency response, including after-hours and weekend incidents Execute internal service programs such as energy saving, recycling, and ergonomics Participate in annual budget planning and ensure cost control Develop and enforce facility policies, including safety, compliance, and training Provide long-term facility planning and space utilization strategies Supervise maintenance work (HVAC, electrical, janitorial, etc.) and other assigned duties Qualifications: Factory supervisor with more than ten years of experience Familiar with water, electricity, air conditioning and other factory facilities Factory construction project management experience Cost analysis capabilities BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Facilities Manager preferred Strong listening and analytical skills necessary to resolve intricate staffing issues Strong communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal traits including confidence, responsiveness, flexibility, initiative, decision making, conflict resolution, and tact Ability to work independently and as a team member Extensive interaction with all levels of personnel and can work well under pressure Ability to work with confidential information Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
