Description

The primary responsibilities are:
1. Overall, in-charge of the management and operation of the Contract.
2. Manage Hard and Soft Services.
3. Lead the service team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance.
4. Responsible for the management, planning of preventative maintenance works and services (including contractors engaged by the Company).
5. Implement the quality maintenance program and comply with government/ statutory regulations; conduct regular audits of building and M&E facilities and Works.
6. Manage projects programmes and supervise as and when required.
7. Prepare and put-up justifications for variation works.
8. Ensuring works are completed on time and as per Contract requirements.
9. Ensure that all faults and service requests are followed up timely.
10. Assist the Company to compile and submit data/reports to authorities where required (e.g. MSE, BCA, etc);
11. Assist the Company to achieve target goals and certifications/accreditations (e.g. GreenGov, ISO 41001:2018, etc);
12. Ensure servicing works are completed as per contractual requirements.
13. To carry out inspection of premises to ensure that defects are promptly responded to and rectified in accordance with the Requirement Specifications.
14. Source, evaluate and recommend contractor(s) and quotations to perform works/services for the Company.
15. Monitor and report progress of work and services,
16. Verify and submit reports.
17. Use of in-house software systems for daily operation.
18. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Head Of Operation.
He/ She shall have the following minimum qualification/ experience requirements:
1. Degree from a recognised tertiary establishment
2. At least five (5) years relevant working experience in facilities management
3. Working place near Bona Vista MRT.
4. Possess strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
5. Good communication skills to engage users, FMs and clients effectively.
6. Strong analytical skill, Proactive mindset, and Problem-Solving mindset.
7. Possess strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
9. Able to be independent and a good team member.
10. Candidates with the Fire Safety Manager Certification will have an added advantage.
