Description
Description We are seeking an experienced, organized and collaborative Facilities Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing our housing/property management program. We provide safe, affordable housing for low income people with disabilities. The ideal candidate will coordinate the tenant occupancy, rent collection, maintenance team and all related issues in the program. There are currently approximately 95 tenants. This is a full time, exempt position. This is not a remote or work from home position. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Act as primary contact for all tenant/occupancy related issues Coordinate and supervise all maintenance of homes/units Manage the tenant property software system Collect/Monitor all rents Conduct routine unit inspections Implement upgrades, repairs, replacements, expansion and unit modifications Engage in acquisition of additional homes/units due to program expansion Work with real estate agents(s) in property acquisition Serve as liaison to tenant advocates and residential support organizations Ensure compliance with all grant/funding requirement Interface with various governmental agencies Serve as overall housing program representative Maintain safety in all areas of housing/facilities operations Oversee all commercial offices both owned and leased company Implement various projects associated with housing and facilities management Serve as company safety coordinator Supervise all maintenance personnel Manage all facility security operations Manage all company vehicles/maintenance Manage company maintenance equipment/shop/tools/hardware Perform purchasing as necessary for housing/facilities Pursue housing purchase and maintanence grants Other related duties as assigned Pay and Benefits This is a full time position with a starting salary of $6680.70 per month Full salary range for this position is $6680.70 - $7916.13 per month Medical/Vision/Dental, Life insurance coverage at a low premium cost to employee.
