JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a capable and experienced Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of several commercial properties within our letting’s portfolio. This role involves ensuring all buildings are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. You will act as the key point of contact for tenants and contractors, ensuring high standards of service across all sites.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in facilities management within commercial lettings or property management.
  • Good understanding of UK health and safety regulations and property compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing contractors and service level agreements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 Years experience in Facilities Management, Property or related field.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and services of office buildings and commercial units.

  • Coordinate minor works, refurbishments, and fit outs where necessary.
  • Respond to emergency repairs and out-of-hours issues when required.
