Description

UCFB are looking to appoint a Facilities Officer to support the delivery of a high quality, effective and efficient facilities management function for students and staff.

  • Logistics Coordination – Manage logistics activities across all UCFB sites, ensuring smooth operations and completing daily facilities checks.
  • Event Setup & Reinstatement – Convert UCFB areas for events and revert them for education, overseeing asset movement and staff coordination.
  • Asset Management – Maintain an up-to-date asset register and track asset locations before, during, and after events.
  • Facility Maintenance & Checks – Conduct dilapidation checks, support basic maintenance, and ensure storage areas meet safety standards.
  • Helpdesk & Reception Support – Monitor logistics requests via the helpdesk and assist with front desk duties as needed.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure UCFB areas and storage spaces remain clean, organised, and compliant with fire and safety regulations, working in accordance with, and updating, risk assessments.
