As part of the Places team, you’ll help ensure these spaces run smoothly, are well-maintained, and provide a seamless experience for employees and visitors alike. We are looking for a highly organized and diligent Facilities Operations & Maintenance Coordinator to support day-to-day facility operations, vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and administrative support functions. This is an administrative-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on managing logistics, supporting teams, and keeping things running behind the scenes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years in an administrative, facilities, or workplace support role. Experience working with ticketing or maintenance systems (e.g., ServiceChannel or CMMS). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. Comfortable using iOS/macOS and productivity tools (e.g., Mail, Calendar, Pages, Numbers, Excel). Proactive, detail-focused, and conscientious with a strong customer service approach. Familiarity with basic facility systems (HVAC, lighting, conference room tech). Previous experience supporting vendors, technicians, or internal service teams. Ability to read or interpret basic building layouts or maintenance documentation.
