About the Role: We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Facilities Management Team. The Facilities Operations Manager will work collaboratively with various departments within CHS. This role involves managing maintenance activities across all Canberra Health Services facilities, including the Canberra Hospital and off-site locations. The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee internal tradespeople and contractors, ensuring a safe, healthy, and productive workplace. We are looking for someone who has well-developed leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate others, is professional and personable, has effective communication skills, has the ability to maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within the Directorate, across Government, and industry, adaptable and flexible, and has an organised approve to work.
