The Facilities Operative is responsible for the maintenance, safety, and efficient running of Horsham Matters’ facilities, including our warehouse, charity shop, and vehicle fleet. The role ensures compliance with health and safety requirements, supports logistics and stock movement, and provides administrative support to the operations team. This is a full time (37,5 hours a week) on site role with occasional anti sociable hours.
