Job Title: Facilities Porter (Seasonal)
Location: The Racquet Lounge in Southampton
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Employment Type: Seasonal (Now through August 31)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Punctuality and reliability are a must
• Previous janitorial or facilities maintenance experience is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Facilities Porter to support the cleanliness and day-
to-day upkeep of our tennis club during the busy summer season. This is a hands-on position
ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for
members and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily cleaning and tidying duties throughout the facility
• Wash, dry, and fold towels used by members
• Vacuum and mop floors in locker rooms, common areas, and fitness spaces
• Wash and clean pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
• Set up outdoor spaces by opening umbrellas and preparing seating areas
• Uncover and wipe down gym equipment to ensure it is ready for use
• Remove trash and recycling from all designated areas regularly
