We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Program Manager to take charge of daily operations, maintenance programs, and expansion projects across our wellness clinics and corporate facilities. This hands-on role requires managing renovations, coordinating vendor services, optimizing space planning, and handling project documentation. The right candidate thrives when rolling up their sleeves to tackle operational challenges, keep workflows on track, and collaborate across teams. Strong project management skills combined with a commitment to creating efficient, safe, and enjoyable environments are essential for success in this role.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities coordination, facilities project management, or workplace experience management, ideally within a multi-site organization
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to support communication with vendors
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools and systems (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Facilities Management, Construction, Business Operations), or equivalent practical experience
  • Industry certifications (e.g., FMP, PMP, OSHA 10/30) a plus but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, as needed
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching to inspect and maintain facilities
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including indoor, outdoor, mechanical rooms, and construction areas
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations quickly, which may require working outside of standard business hours
