JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
High school diploma/GED Required.
Degree (BA/BS) preferred in Business, Building Management, or other relevant fields

Experience:

• 1 - 3 years preferred Facilities/Office Management and/or project coordination support experience (CAPEX preferred)
• Prefer experience in a GMP/FDA regulated environment or other regulated industry
• Prefer experience using project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Prefer experience working with cross-functional teams, remote teams, and
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Exceptional understanding of Microsoft Excel (preferred)

• All duties as assigned by Facilities leadership
• Assist in projects across the building and real estate portfolio as assigned.
• Action oriented self-starter who can drive facilities project tasks and work with limited supervision
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Work with procurement, AP, Finance and other internal teams to assess and setup new vendors, write POs, pay invoices, and establish budgets across Global portfolio as needed.
• Work cross functionally on various projects/initiatives and provide assistance with all requests as assigned
• Assist facilities team with scheduling maintenance for building utilities and services across portfolio as needed.
• Assist facilities team with coordinating contractors to perform on site services and projects.
• General Administration/reporting for facilities team as assigned
• Administer and remove badge access and monitor/update security clearances in Lenel Onguard.
• Manage and maintain Hoteling/visitor management software to track headcount and building occupancy.
• Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards
• Ability to safely lift 50lbs, comfortable using a ladder, power tools, all while using appropriate safety PPE

  Additional Information:
  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $30.00 - $45.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
