Responsibilities
  • Coordinate engineering projects from inception through to execution, aligning with business needs
  • Support Facilities leadership and business leads in monitoring and prioritising upcoming projects
  • Oversee project schedules during design and construction phases
  • Lead stakeholder and customer engagement to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery
  • Develop scopes and statements of work, supporting procurement in subcontractor negotiations
  • Act as a key stakeholder in tender evaluations to ensure best-value outcomes
  • Manage design and construction phases, guiding stakeholders and contractors for optimal results
  • Review and evaluate project deliverables (drawings, specifications, as-builts) against business needs
  • Identify and apply tools/processes to ensure high-quality data supports decision-making
  • Support analysis, reporting, and creative solution proposals across the Facilities function
  • Contribute to growing and strengthening the Facilities capability within LMA
