The Facilities Project Manager's primary responsibilities are to provide oversight for facility upgrade projects, impacting cross functional departments, throughout the project lifecycle. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of multiple, simultaneous projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategies, commitment, and goals. Responsibilities Partner with FM vendor to lead, develop and manage project objectives, governance, plans and communications that require cross functional coordination. Set project controls, governance, and standards Set timelines and due dates Evaluate and supervise multiple projects Prepare and present progress and budget reports Monitor multiple projects through the entire program cycle Manage and coordinate the day-to-day detailed aspects of multiple projects Communicate clear expectations with stakeholders, executives, sponsors and team members while continually managing expectations throughout the life of the project. Communicate project objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholders Provide project status reports, which include budget, timeline, issues, risks and scope Communicate with project managers to address potential risks Track program progress Identify and resolve project issues and manage dependencies to maintain the critical path timelines Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects according to agree upon scope and budget. Develop and maintain project documentation, including charter, scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables Document and maintain documentation for projects in corporate PM tools Qualifications 5+ years’ previous experience in project management working with multiple departments and stakeholders (technology or healthcare projects preferred) 3+ years Healthcare experience preferred Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field required Work efficiently, self-motivated, fast learner and strong work ethic. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues to varying audiences and levels Ability to manage in a matrix environment Familiar with project management methodology and techniques and change management Experience in Agile and traditional PM methodologies Experience working with vendors Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS One Note, MS Project and D365 Experience with compiling and following strict budgets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $85K-$128K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
