Minimum Experience 2 - 3 years experience in a similar environmentMinimum Qualifications Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates [NQF Level 05] in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel, Gaming and LeisureProcess Accountable for own work quality, standards and outputs related to policies, procedures and defined processes. Proactively identify problems, apply known solutions and escalate more difficult problems. Plan for task execution and adjust priorities against an established plan. Ensures all customer requirements are timeously attended to. Champion of the agenda of creating a world class facility in relation to customer experience. Ensure that remedies are closed timeously according to service matrix. Execute on projects including sustainability projects within budget and timeline. Enable Liberty growth contribution by improving capabilities aligned to business requirements. Customer Executes activities to ensure customer service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations aligned to Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) principles. Ensuring that all ad-hoc hospitality and on demand requests are timeously attended and issues resolved timeously while keeping customers and/or stakeholders always informed about progress. Finance Adhere to specified standards, policies and procedures to prevent potential losses/wastage. Ensure business unit meets budget on target deliverables and delivers within budget. Review invoices and quotations before handing to facilities administrator for processing to ensure cost effectiveness. Provide facilities administration with input on outstanding quotations and invoices to update tracking schedule. Learning and Growth Contribute positively to own area-specific knowledge improvement. Governance Comply to set governance and compliance procedures and processes related to an area of work and continuously identify, rectify and escalate risks where necessary.
