Description Summary: Provides coordination and oversight of all aspects of agency facility, vehicle and ground-keeping maintenance. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Duties/Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance of all agency facilities and equipment. Oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance of all agency vehicles. Provide general ground-keeping maintenance by mowing, trimming, weeding, spraying, snow removal, etc. or oversee these tasks by external vendors. Perform routine repairs to Noble facilities as needed. Obtain and evaluate quotes from external vendors as needed. Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program for agency facilities. Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program for agency vehicles. Move furniture and other items within Noble’s facilities and assist with client moves in Noble’s residential program as needed. Follow all safety guidelines regarding the use of equipment, machines, tools, personal protective equipment and work processes. Requirements Skilled in completing routine facility repairs (plumbing, mechanical, etc.). Ability to negotiate contracts with outside vendors. Education and Experience: Experience in buildings/grounds and maintenance operations preferred. Physical Requirements: Must have ability to lift/move materials weighing up to 75 pounds frequently. Must have ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and operate machinery frequently
