-Develop effective working relationships with the building landlord, vendors, procurement and information technology departments, and with internal customer partners and departments to assess needs and provide services. -Develop preventative maintenance programs and monitor building systems and equipment for end-of-life cycle replacement planning. -Develop, implement, and operate company programs for administrative and facility programs and services including janitorial services and company sustainability initiatives. -Negotiate corporate offices and company-wide service and supply contracts with vendors. -Oversee and manage performance of delivered services and vendor programs and integrate vendor requirements with company systems to ensure service delivery meets quality standards. -Plan and implement operations and services business continuity and corporate offices emergency management programs. -Oversee execution of Environmental, Health, and Safety standard operating procedures, partnering with cross functional peers to periodically review and update program We'd love to hear from people with: -Development of policies and programs in a growth organization 10 years -Facility maintenance management 10 years -General office administration 10 years -Management of vendors and service providers 10 years -Budget Management 7 years Partners have access to short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave, family expansion reimbursement, paid vacation from date of hire*, sick time (accrued at 1 hour for every 25 hours worked), eight paid holidays, and two personal days per year. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
