Description

Support the monitoring and performance of facility security systems, processes and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure safety. Provide direction, assistance, and support to contractors conducting facility and equipment repairs, ensuring efficient task completion. A minimum of an Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Four (4) years of related experience is required; Two (2) or more years of equivalent industry related experience is preferred. Journeyman Electrician certificate is highly desirable. 1 or more years in a managerial or project leader role is highly desirable. Certificate of CFM, CPE or FMP is highly desirable. Knowledge in ISO 9000, 14001, 13485 preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
