Coming to Rochester, MN soon - Rochester Recovery Behavioral Health – part of Sunshine Behavioral Health- aims to be a beacon of hope for individuals on their journey to recovery. Located in Rochester, MN, we are a voluntary, residential behavioral health treatment program dedicated to transforming lives. Serving clients ages 18-65, we are a privately owned facility driven by our mission to turn every addiction into one of sustainable sobriety. Our core values – passion, integrity, dedication, and service – inspire everything we do. We’re looking for a Maintenance Lead to join our teams and help ensure our property is well-functioning, clean, and orderly. * You will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of the operational aspects of the facility. * You will complete duties assigned by the Executive Director and maintain all facility documentation logs. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execution of work orders for on-time completion and to high standards of quality. * Communicate with supervisor and other department heads to coordinate the scheduling of assigned work orders. * Daily adherence to accreditation stands and ensure all facilities areas and equipment are maintained. * On=-call response during hours of operation. * Execution of preventative maintenance calendar schedules for all building systems. * General janitorial and groundskeeping duties. * Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings. * Other duties, as assigned. MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * High school degree or equivalent. * 2-3 years in supervisory role. * Current CPR or willing to obtain. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. * Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
