POSITION SUMMARY: This position assist the Director of Facilities - Maintenance in overseeing the Facilities Department and the day to day supervision of the Maintenance, Grounds, and Landscaping staff. This position will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the Center's buildings, physical plant, fixed equipment and grounds. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1. Experience in building and grounds maintenance, general handyman abilities, simple carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills, etc. 2. Ability to supervise others 3. High School Diploma or equivalent 4.
