Description Hana Industries is seeking a Facilities Support working for Pacific Command Headquarters located at the Camp Smith Army Base. The Facilities Support provides support for building and facilities maintenance to ensure workspaces are safe and functional. Duties Answer trouble calls and coordinate cleaning and maintenance tasks team members (ex: light bulb replacement, etc.) Coordinating visits/base access as well as escorting vendors, contractors and or government employees Reading and comprehending building maps in order to target and resolve issues at specific locations Perform monthly inspection reports identifying safety or equipment failures in occupied work spaces. The report submitted shall identify the problem, location, and action taken Perform quarterly inspections throughout workspace verifying the number of people per room/desk are updated in facilities database Provide training or instruction on safe and proper use of disintegrator, managing schedule for use of disintegrator, dislodging items in disintegrator, replacing bags for disintegrated items Monitoring room temperature twice a day using the DDC system to ensure readings are in compliance with command policy Other facilities support duties as assigned. Requirements Secret Clearance Ability to work every Mon-Fri 0700-1530 One year experience working in Facilities
