JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum GCE ’O’ Level qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Cleaning industry

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

  • Basic understanding of housekeeping services, waste management, and pest control operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation and documentation

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to perform physical inspections and basic manual tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required for emergency situations

Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance Monitoring : Conduct daily walkaround inspections of building premises to identify and report safety hazards, defects, and non-compliance issues
  • Maintenance and Repairs : Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repair works on building systems, including electrical and plumbing components
  • Contractor Management : Supervise and monitor all routine and ad-hoc repair works performed by term contractors to ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality standards
  • Cleaning Operations Oversight : Monitor cleaning staff performance and ensure adherence to assigned cleaning schedules and service standards
  • Utility Management : Record and maintain accurate monthly meter readings for water and electricity consumption across all buildings
  • Administrative Support : Complete other facilities-related assignments and duties as required
