OVERVIEW

This role encompasses the practical and logistical roles of shipping, receiving, warehouse, facility and production support. This is a varied hands-on independent role which requires flexibility and the ability to frequently pivot.
Duties:
Shipping and receiving
· delivery of items to various departments as needed.
· Support the shipping team with pallet construction and movement of goods
· Facilitate FedEx and Canada Post documents as needed
Warehouse
· Track all warehouse locations on the shared excel spreadsheet and Acumatica as items are moved. Maintain regular checks to assure accuracy between physical and digital locations.
· Maintenance of Warehouse and warehouse equipment, loading bays and dock organization
· Assist with facility repairs and light maintenance as assigned.
· Receiving and put away raw materials to ensure smooth flow of operations,
· Take out and return garbage and recycling bins and arrange for metal recycling pickups.
Production
· Support the Production department; CNC coolant top up, CNC maintenance, oil treatments, bore polishing, glue team work

REQUIREMENTS

· Comfortable with physical work and the use of tools.
· Familiar with Microsoft office software and a commitment to accuracy
· The ability to lift 40 pounds
· Must have or be willing to be Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack certified.
· Must be organized, able to multi-task and be self-motivated
Must have a Permanent residency or citizenship status
