Job Description About the job Contribute to our business’ success by ensuring a safe and energy-saving environment and support for the Store’s sustainable business development and operation excellence Your assignment Ensure that the systems and equipment that were assigned always well maintain and available to operate. Ensure compliance by outsourced companies with applicable regulations Being able to handle and carry out emergency situations in order to eliminate or minimize the consequences and possible losses and damages to the store. Take active part in budget preparations for contracts regarding outsourced services. Monitor and supervise the technicians, outsourced service companies, cooperate with other department to meet and exceed targets. Responsible to coach, support and challenge team members, to help them to grow together. Ensure that all reports from technicians, outsourced companies are executed and sent in appropriate manner and according to agreed timeframes and the information provided is correct. Qualifications Your profile Experience in maintenance, repairs and facility support at least 5 years; Cooling towers & chiller, Waste water treatment, Transformer, MDB, DB, Machine and equipment installation.
