  • Collaborating with the Facilities Manager to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility run smoothly.
  • Overseeing building maintenance, security, and health & safety practices to ensure the working environment is safe and efficient.
  • Supporting internal teams with required facilities and H&S resources.
  • Coordinating external suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensuring compliance with all H&S and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Leading a small team, including caretakers and cleaners, ensuring they meet operational standards.
  • Managing the reception area and visitor security processes.
