POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities Team Member supports the daily operations of the sports facility by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized environment for athletes, guests, and staff. This role focuses on facility readiness, event support, and overall guest experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas, restrooms, fields, courts and spectator spaces Set up and break down courts, fields, and event spaces according to scheduled activities Assist with gameday and event operations, including equipment placement and crowd flow Monitor facility areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of spaces Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, athletes, and staff with questions or needs Support scheduling needs by preparing spaces for practices, games, and special events Enforce facility rules and policies in a professional and respectful manner Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations Respond promptly to spills, hazards, or immediate facility needs Assist management with parking needs MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: General knowledge of event set up/break down, maintenance, janitorial & landscaping High School Diploma or equivalent certification required Must enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to work well under pressure Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a stellar work ethic Must be a team player with a positive can-do attitude Must be able to work long and flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; this position requires shifts on Fri/Sat/Sun/ Must be at least 18 years of age WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: May be required to stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend Pushing/pulling/lifting 50+ pounds Ability to navigate around the facility for long periods of time Ability to climb elevated areas to complete tasks (i.e., lift for scoreboards, etc.) Facility has intermittent noise
