Description
Works with Operations Supervisor to facilitate smooth daily operations. Performs light duty maintenance work such as: light bulb replacements, painting, hanging pictures, basic plumbing repairs, and general carpentry work; room set-up and emergency clean-ups; general groundskeeping including, but not limited to, mowing, watering, weeding, and snow removal as necessary; regularly cleans, maintains supplies and services public areas and offices as well as conference/meeting rooms; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed; general cleaning and detailing of various types of fleet vehicles; repositioning of fleet vehicles to and from different Mayo Clinic Ambulance bases of operation as needed. Must be flexible to respond to changing priorities and handle changing workflow. May be required to work at multiple sites.
Responsibilities
The Facilities Tech works with the Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include performing light maintenance tasks, cleaning, and groundskeeping.
