Responsibilities

The Facilities Tech III is responsible for maintaining and repairing the building's heating, cooling, and electrical systems, while also assisting with emergency situations as required. This role involves performing preventive maintenance on all mechanical systems, equipment, and tools, and operating energy management and life safety equipment.
