Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role helps ensure our facilities, equipment, and systems operate smoothly so our clinical teams can focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences. This position is responsible for completing maintenance tasks, supporting facility projects, and helping maintain safe, efficient, and well-functioning dental offices across the organization. Key Performance Indicators Success in this role is measured by: Timely response and resolution of maintenance requests Effective preventative maintenance that minimizes downtime and operational disruption Key Responsibilities Respond to and complete maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner Perform preventative maintenance inspections and scheduled upkeep Conduct physical maintenance tasks within the scope of the position Identify and report maintenance concerns or facility issues to the Facilities Manager Assist with planning and execution of facility improvement projects Support process improvement initiatives related to facility operations Help ensure responsible stewardship and efficient use of company resources Contribute to maintaining safe, clean, and functional environments across all locations
