Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: -To provide ongoing maintenance and support of the company`s building systems and be able to fix minor defects. -Supervise and escort specialists and subcontractors working with the building technical systems. -Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed. -Makes minor plumbing repairs, as necessary. -Performs basic electrical work and determines when an electrician is required. -Performs basic cosmetic repairs, such as local wall painting, putty -Performs basic HVAC works and repairs, such as filters replacement -Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences -Repairs building’s hardware equipment, such as doors, windows etc. -Dismantles and installs, and repairs furniture if required. -Transports goods or equipment as assigned. -Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by Direct Manager -The employee is responsible for proper, high-quality and timely execution of his job obligations. -The employee is responsible for trusted work resources and items Qualifications Execution of job duties requires secondary (higher, special etc.) education. Execution of job duties requires knowledge of Maltese and basic English (writing) At least 2 years’ experience in building systems, maintenance and troubleshooting. High sense of responsibility. The ability to work in a team. PC literacy – MS Word, MS Excel

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing maintenance and support for building systems, including minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Supervise subcontractors and handle the installation and repair of furniture and hardware equipment.
