Families in Transition/Housing Benefits has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Facilities Technician to join our team in Manchester, NH. As a Facilities Technician you will be responsible for safely and efficiently completing assigned activities related to residential and commercial property maintenance. You'll have the ability to work on a variety of different tasks such as general repairs, painting, appliance work, installations, ground maintenance and equipment preventative care. We're looking for someone who has a professional attitude and appearance, likes to learn new skills and grow with a company, and willing to help out other technicians but be an independent problem solver. Previous experience as a maintenance technician is a plus; pay and Technician level will match experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm We're offering $22 per hour.
