Description

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of the building, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other facilities. Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers for larger maintenance, repair, and construction projects, ensuring quality and timely completion. Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and contractor engagements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, minimizing downtime and disruption. Support in the setup and dismantling of equipment for events and meetings at the Experience Center and other areas. Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar technical role. Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and external partners. Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus. Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous. Electrical Safety Certification (e.g., NEN 3140 or equivalent for the Netherlands) VCA (Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu Checklist Aannemers) - for contractors and technicians working in industrial environments
