At LeeSar/CSF, we supply and maintain critical services for hospitals and healthcare providers. As a Facilities Technician III, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our boiler, chiller, and utility systems operate safely and efficiently — keeping our facilities running and patients cared for. What You’ll Do Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, ASME, EPA) Respond to service requests and emergency outages with urgency and expertise Document maintenance and system performance in our CMMS (MPulse) Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with operations staff to minimize downtime Qualifications What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ experience in commercial/industrial facility maintenance Advanced knowledge of boiler and chiller systems, hydronic/steam piping, and HVAC central plants EPA Section 608 certification preferred (refrigerants) Ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, and control systems (BAS/EMS a plus) Valid Florida driver’s license Why Join Us? ✔ Be part of a mission-driven healthcare support team that makes a difference every day ✔ Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package ✔ Opportunities for continued training and professional growth ✔ A collaborative team culture built on integrity, excellence, and stewardship What You’ll Gain A career path into Facilities Management with mentorship and growth opportunities.
