Description Join our Team! Lavelle is hiring a 2nd Shift Janitor to help keep our manufacturing facility in Burlington, Wisconsin, clean! This position is responsible for performing janitorial work to support the cleanliness and orderliness of production equipment and work areas. Sweep and clean production areas and aisles as assigned Follow assigned route for scrap and garbage collection throughout the plant Clean equipment during downtime for preventative maintenance work Maintain organization and cleanliness in outside dumpster area Assist maintenance personnel in keeping outside walkways and entrances clear of snow and ice during winter months Record and submit accurate production and quality data, work records, etc., appropriate to the position Follow standard work, line clearance and setup verification procedures relevant to position Follow PPE and safety rules specified for the work area Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities Train others within the work area Perform other duties as assigned Benefits: Growth-Oriented Company Culture Competitive Wages Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance 401k retirement savings plan with company match 10 paid holidays plus vacation time Free on-site health clinic that offers in-person and virtual appointments. Responsibilities
