What will your day look like? As a Facilities Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our facilities. Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include: Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems (up to 480V, including 3-phase). Execute preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records in CMMS for work orders and equipment history. Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for complex projects. Senior/Lead Levels: Serve as a technical resource, lead continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate work priorities, and mentor junior technicians. Qualifications What will you bring to the table? High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school preferred. Experience ranges: Technician II: 3–5 years Sr. Technician: 5+ years Lead: 5+ years with advanced technical skills and leadership experience Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems (up to 480V). Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred certifications: EPA 608, OSHA 10/30, Journeyman Electrician. Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring stooping, reaching, standing, and walking.
