We offer reimbursement for continuing education and licensure fees. * Competitive pay of $26.56-$31.31 per hour Who you are: We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician for a full time role working in a clinical and administrative setting. As a member of the facilities team, the Facilities Technician provides delivery and other supportive services for all MACT sites. The Facilities Technician will: * Perform a variety of routine semi-skilled maintenance such as minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical and landscaping. * Assemble, repair, maintain and move furniture such as desks, cabinets, etc. * Conduct inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, replace filters, and identify and report more complex needs to supervisor. * Inspect facilities and grounds for safety and security. Report hazardous conditions to supervisor. * Properly deliver items between MACT locations. * Perform other duties, including attending special events, as assigned. What you need: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 5 years of trade work experience. * Customer service, communication and reliable work skills. * Ability to life 60 lbs. * Current BLS/ALS certificate preferred. * Must pass Occupational Health Screening. * Must possess a valid form of identification as listed on the U.S. Department of Justice I-9 form, verified using the E Verify system. * Clean DMV driving record and MACT auto insurance driving eligibility (determined by auto insurance carrier). The position requires an awareness and keen appreciation of American Indian traditions, customs, and socioeconomic needs and the ability at all times to meet and deal effectively in contacts with Indian health organizations which requires tact, courtesy, discretion, resourcefulness and good judgment in handling functions of a sensitive nature.
