Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building maintenance and operations, and is eager to learn, grow and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Primarily attending and resolving campus accommodation unit work requests on air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, interior works, shifting and related works.
  • Assist on campus maintenance works such as air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, interior works, landscape maintenance, fire protection system, painting and mansory works.
  • Assist on event management not limited to event setup, event tear down, supervision and standby.
  • Assist in planning and executing operational projects and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to maintain system efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Assist in daily technical operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in electrical and electronic engineering.
  • Performing preventative maintenance activities and providing detailed feedback to management.
